  • They are trademarks or property of their respective owners.

News Content:

  • The app may display headlines and publication dates sourced from third-party providers (e.g., Reuters, NewsBTC, etc.).
  • Authenticity and accuracy of articles depend entirely on the original publisher.
  • Full articles are not stored or republished in this app.
  • Users are redirected to the original publisher's website only with their consent if they choose to view the full article.
  • All rights to the news content belong to the respective publishers.

Device Security Restrictions:

  • For security and fraud prevention, this app may not function on rooted devices or devices with USB debugging enabled.
  • This helps protect user accounts and ensure a fair experience for all users.

Account & Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your PaperBull account and associated data at any time.

How to request deletion:

  • In-app: Go to Account Settings > Help & Manage Ads, Account > Delete Account.
  • Or email us at contact@senationlab.com with your registered Google account.

What happens when you delete your account:

  • Your account information (email, Buy Points, and progress) stored in Firebase will be permanently deleted.
  • Your trading history and app usage data will be removed.
  • We will no longer access your Google Drive data after disconnection.
  • Minimal records may be retained only if legally required (e.g., billing records for Google Play purchases).
  • Once deleted, your data cannot be restored.

Privacy Policy

PaperBull ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your personal information and respecting your privacy rights. This Privacy Policy explains how your data is collected, used, and shared when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of data:

  • Personal Information: Email address and profile info via Google Sign-In.
  • Device and Usage Information:
    • Device type, OS version, app version, and interaction logs.
    • Internet connection status and notification permissions.
  • App Usage Data:
    • Preferences stored via shared_preferences.
    • In-app trading actions, buy points, settings, notifications.
  • Crash & Analytics Data: Firebase Crashlytics and Analytics collect diagnostic and engagement data.
  • Performance Data: Firebase Performance Monitoring collects network request data, app startup time, and performance traces.
  • Advertising Data: Google AdMob automatically collects IP address, device and advertising identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID), app interaction data, and diagnostic information to serve ads and measure performance.
  • Cloud and Storage:
    • Your simulation trade data (not real trades) is stored in your personal Google Drive under your own account using Google APIs.
    • We do not collect, access, or share your personal trade data stored in your Google Drive.
    • Firebase Firestore is used only to store your email and virtual in-app currency data (buy points) to help restore your progress when reinstalling or changing devices.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To authenticate you using Google Sign-In.
  • To securely store and retrieve your Buy Point balance and app progress.
  • To analyze app performance and crashes.
  • To improve functionality and user experience.
  • To facilitate in-app purchases via Google Play Billing.
  • To display and measure advertising via Google AdMob.

3. Sharing Your Information

We share data with the following third-party services

  • Google Firebase (Analytics) — collects app usage, session data, and device information to help us improve the app.
  • Google Firebase (Crashlytics) — collects crash reports and device state to help us fix bugs.
  • Google Firebase (Performance Monitoring) — collects network request data, app startup time, and performance traces to help us monitor and improve app performance.
  • Google Firebase (Firestore) — stores your email, virtual currency balance, and purchase records (product ID, order ID, purchase token) to manage your account and purchases.
  • Google AdMob — collects device/advertising identifiers, IP address, and interaction data to serve and measure ads.
  • Google Drive APIs used solely by you to save your own simulation trade data. We do not access or store this data on our servers.
  • Google Play Billing — used to securely process optional in-app purchases. Payment data is handled entirely by Google.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to any third party.

4. Your Rights

  • You may delete your account and all associated data at any time.
  • To do so, go to Account Settings (bottom bar) > Help & Manage Ads, Account in the app.
  • You may withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your account or contacting us.
  • You can contact us to access, correct, or delete your data.
  • You may manage your advertising consent and privacy choices (including GDPR consent and US state opt-outs) at any time via Account Settings > Help & Manage Ads, Account > Privacy Options.

5. Use of Google User Data

PaperBull's use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • Scopes used:

    • Google Drive (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file) – Used only to store and retrieve your simulation trade data in your personal Google Drive, where it remains under your sole control.
    • Profile – Used only to display your name and avatar within the app.
    • Email – Used solely to uniquely identify your account and restore your app progress.
    • All data transfers between the app and Google services are encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and any data stored in Firebase is encrypted at rest.
  • We do not use Google Sign-In or Google Drive data for advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes.
  • We do not share Google Sign-In or Google Drive data with third parties except as required to provide the app's core functionality.
  • You can revoke our access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account Permissions page.

6. Data Retention

We retain data as long as your account is active or as required to operate the app. Deleted accounts are purged from Firestore and we no longer access your Google Drive after disconnection.

7. International Compliance

We strive to comply with international data protection regulations such as:

  • GDPR (EU)
  • CCPA/CPRA (California, USA) and other applicable US state privacy laws
  • DPDP Act (India)

Data Controller Statement: For Firebase and app-internal data, PaperBull acts as the Data Controller. For data stored in your personal Google Drive, you remain the sole Data Controller, and we never access or modify this data beyond your direct interaction.

8. Children's Privacy

PaperBull is intended for adults only. You must be 18 years or older to use this app. We do not target or intentionally provide services to children under 18.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that personal data from a user under 18 has been collected, we will promptly delete it.

Ads served in PaperBull are not directed at children and are not configured for child-directed treatment (TFAT).

If a parent or guardian believes their child has accessed PaperBull and wishes to have their data removed:

  • In-app: Account Settings (bottom bar) > Help & Manage Ads, Account > Delete Account

9. Connectivity and Sync Disclaimer

A stable internet connection is required to sync trade data with Google Drive. We are not responsible for data loss caused by poor connectivity or interrupted sessions.

10. Advertising, Consent, and US State Privacy Rights

  • We use Google AdMob to display ads within the app (native ads and rewarded ads).
  • Advertising data is not linked to your PaperBull account, email, or trade history.
  • Users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland are shown a consent form (via Google's User Messaging Platform) before any personalized ads are served, and may withdraw or change consent at any time via Account Settings > Help & Manage Ads, Account > Privacy Options.
  • If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, or another US state with an applicable privacy law, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral/targeted advertising (which may include advertising identifiers shared with Google AdMob).
  • To opt out, use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in Account Settings > Help & Manage Ads, Account > Privacy Options.
  • We do not sell your personal data for monetary consideration and do not discriminate against users who exercise these rights.
