1. Acceptance of Terms

By using PaperBull, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Use of the App

  • The app is for simulation, educational, and entertainment purposes only.
  • No real money is involved or traded.
  • We do not provide any financial advice.
  • All trades are virtual simulations and do not reflect real market conditions or outcomes.
  • All BuyPoints and vCash are virtual currency with no monetary value.
  • You are responsible for any activity using your account.

3. Simulation Trade Data

  • Only simulation trade data is stored in Google Drive for backup.
  • We do not store or access any real trading account or solo trade data.
  • Simulation data is saved under your account in Google Drive and controlled by you.

4. In-App Purchases

PaperBull offers optional in-app purchases through Google Play Billing. All payments are processed securely by Google and are subject to their terms. Purchases are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated in the app.

5. User Conduct

You may not use the app to perform any illegal or unethical activity. You agree not to reverse engineer, copy, or misuse any part of the app.

6. Intellectual Property

Any logos, images, stock photos, or other content appearing in PaperBull are the property of their respective owners. Senation Lab or PaperBull do not claim ownership of any third-party material.

7. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts violating our terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms and privacy policy. Changes will be reflected in the app and on our listing. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Platform Compliance

PaperBull complies with the policies of the Google Play Store, including in-app purchase rules, and user data handling.
